Do I need a credit card or a free trial?
Creating an account is free and we ask for no card. There is no trial period: the bot starts working the moment you pick and pay for your plan in the panel. Cancel whenever you like.
How long does setup take?
About 5 minutes. Create your account, pick your plan, connect your bot to WhatsApp. You can load your products from Shopify, Google Sheets or straight from the panel.
Do I need my own WhatsApp number?
No. We provide the WhatsApp line, so you never have to buy a number or deal with Meta. You can connect your own number if you prefer. The same bot also works on Telegram.
How does it work with Shopify and ShopFront?
Connect your Shopify store and product, price and stock data flow into the bot automatically. For orders coming from ShopFront, our sister order panel, the bot messages the customer on WhatsApp, confirms the order and writes the answer back to the panel.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
The subscription is monthly and cancelled with one click in the panel; you keep using it until the end of the period. Refund conditions are set out on our Refund Policy page.
